Leading with compassion

These days, we can easily tend to think that we, as compassionate leaders and coaches who care deeply, are the crazy ones.

🤔 What’s helping me and my clients?

Leave the level of the obvious. Search for deeper reasons behind the surface of the events.

In short: see the universal framework of what’s unfolding.

Adopting a spiritual perspective helps with

🕉 Letting go of patterns and mindsets that no longer serve our shared humanity craving for meaning, love and peace.
🕉 Finding meaning in the suffering and being with what is – holding a breaking heart while strengthening our capacity to help and love more.
🕉 Building a bridge towards a future that heals in full faith that a brighter tomorrow will rise out of the dust of rampant wars, erupting volcanos and incessant wild-fires.

Thich Nhat Hanh stated it very clearly:

„We have to wake up together. And if we wake up together, then we have a chance. Our way of living our life and planning our future has led us into this situation. And now we need to look deeply to find a way out, not only as individuals, but as a collective, a species. …

We need a collective awakening. One Buddha is not enough. All of us have to become Buddhas in order for our planet to have a chance.“

Let us, together, discover the Buddha within. Let’s ignite our Divine hearts and listen to our soul’s yearning again.

Let’s open the door for

❤️‍🩹 faith dissolving fear
❤️‍🩹 friendship bridging division
❤️‍🩹 compassion and care healing pain and suffering.

It’s only together that we can make it through these times of collapse aka collective awakening 💞
