Lead with love

„A Leader is the visionary who sets the heart-centric empowering policies, encourages team spirit, radiates happiness and channelizes inner-power into success.

Heart-centric means, that the leader believes in intrinsic qualities, freedom, creativity, thoughtful expression and healthy relationships.”

Maitreya Dadashreeji

In a contemplation session today with Lucia Steinbach and Monika Kindermann-Kletzmayr, this quote by my spiritual guide and teacher Maitreya Dadashreeji emerged. And I am still contemplating about it.

What is a leader? How should they be?

For me, …

… leadership is servant and compassionate🙏🏼

It is all-inclusive, leaving no-one behind 🫶🏼

And, yes: it is visionary – outlining the direction in which we’re heading together 🌟

Leading others begins with leading myself – and with the question: who is leading my Self?

Leadership is a state, a condition of being – pursuing the wellbeing of others in a most natural way 🌱

In that sense, leadership with impact is always transformational – aiming at fulfilling my highest potential, that of my team, the organization and, in the end, society at large.

When we become the purest instruments for what is wanting to emerge through us – we are leaders in the most transformative sense of the word, serving our highest purpose 💫

In my view, a leader is a caretaker (always). That might be seen as a weakness given the current status of caretaking in our society – but serving someone and taking care of them, is one of the highest forms of leadership in my humble view 💞

What are your opinions on these questions?

Be human

In the middle of the chaos…
Be human.

Seeing children starve,
With a heart that breaks…
Stay human.

Holding a weeping friend,
Desperate and suffering…
Still, be human.

With a heavy heart,
Don’t close down…
Be human.

Hearing of death and loss…
Still, stay human.

Let’s keep our hand stretched out and
Our arms wide open.
Being the friend.

Let’s care for friends and strangers.
Being the love.

Let’s hold our breaking heart.
Soft and with
Compassion.

The dying heart of humanity needs…
Every
Single
Beating
Heart.

With
Our
Hearts
Still
Alive:

Nothing
Is
Not
Lost
Yet.

#IamPeace

Peace begins in me.

Starting with myself: why not leave the self-doubts, the critical thoughts about myself for a moment – and just be 🧘🏽‍♀️

Seeing my brother, daughter, friend, colleague with new eyes – full of love and care, asking them with true interest: how are you doing today? 🤗

Bringing this love and care, this inner state of stillness even to the not so silent places, to the chaos in the world outside. What changes if YOU are changed? ✨️

And then, in the end, why not try, at least for a moment, to even extend our empathic gaze to those shouting, bullying, the angry and aggressive ones? Just for a second 💞?

Let’s spread, with hearts wide open, our love and compassion towards those suffering from war and conflict, grieving the loss of loved ones. To our desperate and mourning friends 💛

Let’s create a powerful field of loving care 🩷

Peace begins with us 🤍🕊

With you.
And me.

Leading with compassion

These days, we can easily tend to think that we, as compassionate leaders and coaches who care deeply, are the crazy ones.

🤔 What’s helping me and my clients?

Leave the level of the obvious. Search for deeper reasons behind the surface of the events.

In short: see the universal framework of what’s unfolding.

Adopting a spiritual perspective helps with

🕉 Letting go of patterns and mindsets that no longer serve our shared humanity craving for meaning, love and peace.
🕉 Finding meaning in the suffering and being with what is – holding a breaking heart while strengthening our capacity to help and love more.
🕉 Building a bridge towards a future that heals in full faith that a brighter tomorrow will rise out of the dust of rampant wars, erupting volcanos and incessant wild-fires.

Thich Nhat Hanh stated it very clearly:

„We have to wake up together. And if we wake up together, then we have a chance. Our way of living our life and planning our future has led us into this situation. And now we need to look deeply to find a way out, not only as individuals, but as a collective, a species. …

We need a collective awakening. One Buddha is not enough. All of us have to become Buddhas in order for our planet to have a chance.“

Let us, together, discover the Buddha within. Let’s ignite our Divine hearts and listen to our soul’s yearning again.

Let’s open the door for

❤️‍🩹 faith dissolving fear
❤️‍🩹 friendship bridging division
❤️‍🩹 compassion and care healing pain and suffering.

It’s only together that we can make it through these times of collapse aka collective awakening 💞

How can we dance and sing…

How can we dance and sing in the face of so much pain and suffering in the world, you might ask?

You’re absolutely right – being happy becomes more and more difficult given the state of the world.

But I’m asking you: shouldn’t we as coaches, healers and helpers know how to access our inner joy? Aren’t we here to help those who are about to give up, who start to loose hope, the sad ones and the joy seekers?

So let’s try to hold the suffering and dance with it – being with it in compassion and love.

Let’s be present with the pain – and allow ourselves tiny sparks of joy in our everyday lives.

The world needs us as the best, brightest and most loving versions of ourselves.

Let’s come together – and dance this dance of oneness.
