Growing the most graceful flower
With beauty rooted deep inside
her seed.
We nurture her.
Free her.
Help her grow her inherent potential and
Light.
Making her shine like only she is meant to.
The same way
Peace cannot be made.
We can help her grow.
And be with her
In the process of becoming.
Her seed
Already
Deep
Inside
Our
Hearts.
Schlagwort: Peace
Upside down world
When the world is upside down, children starving, crying for their parents.
Parents desperately looking for anything to feed their loved ones.
People dying because they were born on the wrong side.
What is it that I can do?
Where am I called to act?
And why aren’t more of us asking questions – and seeking places where peace starts?
The only thing that I know to do is…
… to start with myself.
And to come together with those searching for peace as well.
How might that change the situation of those suffering, you might ask?
I’m asking you in return: what is truly about to bring peace?
Isn’t it only and only the Peace we find within ourselves?
Isn’t it about creating, together with many, that field of Peace that will grow and start impacting and changing the world – from the inside out?
When I know what that Peace inside feels like – doesn’t then my entire life change since I’m changed in every single situation?
Imagine.
A world where we all act out of this inner Peace, Calm and Stillness.
How beautiful would that be…
Let’s start building that peaceful tomorrow.
Together.
Now.
Be human
In the middle of the chaos…
Be human.
Seeing children starve,
With a heart that breaks…
Stay human.
Holding a weeping friend,
Desperate and suffering…
Still, be human.
With a heavy heart,
Don’t close down…
Be human.
Hearing of death and loss…
Still, stay human.
Let’s keep our hand stretched out and
Our arms wide open.
Being the friend.
Let’s care for friends and strangers.
Being the love.
Let’s hold our breaking heart.
Soft and with
Compassion.
The dying heart of humanity needs…
Every
Single
Beating
Heart.
With
Our
Hearts
Still
Alive:
Nothing
Is
Not
Lost
Yet.
The heart of humanity
Sitting in the train, I hear a child cry.
Strongly. Persistently. And while it is a quite loud cry, it makes me happy at the same time. For the child. The parents. Even for us co-passengers. Since this crying child has – obviously!! – enough power to clearly state its desires (and having this desire met quite soon, most probably).
Listening to this child’s cry, I can’t help but think of and feel the starving children in Gaza.
Children thin as bones.
Children closer to death than to life.
Children held by mothers not strong enough to even carry their weight of a feather.
And my heart is breaking 💔
When children stop crying, saving their life forces for breathing.
When children ask their parents when they’ll be in heaven, finally. And if heaven will provide enough food for everyone.
When mothers have to decide which one of their children they’ll be feeding today (and if at all…)
When people can either stay and starve – or risk to get killed while waiting in the line for food…
Then the heart of humanity is dying too 😔
Your daily affirmation
Make I AM LOVE your daily affirmation.
You are not your name.
Your profession.
Your look or style.
What remains when all identity is removed?
Who are you in situations without any blueprint for your behavior?
Which source sustains you when all things fall apart?
Your smile may brighten up a stranger’s day without them knowing your name.
Your helping hand in a situation of chaos needs no belonging to make a difference.
You are Love.
Believe in it.
And: start acting out of that infinite source within you.
I’m happy to hear your stories of small acts of loving kindness in your everyday lives 🙌🏼🥰💞
#IamPeace
Peace begins in me.
Starting with myself: why not leave the self-doubts, the critical thoughts about myself for a moment – and just be 🧘🏽♀️
Seeing my brother, daughter, friend, colleague with new eyes – full of love and care, asking them with true interest: how are you doing today? 🤗
Bringing this love and care, this inner state of stillness even to the not so silent places, to the chaos in the world outside. What changes if YOU are changed? ✨️
And then, in the end, why not try, at least for a moment, to even extend our empathic gaze to those shouting, bullying, the angry and aggressive ones? Just for a second 💞?
Let’s spread, with hearts wide open, our love and compassion towards those suffering from war and conflict, grieving the loss of loved ones. To our desperate and mourning friends 💛
Let’s create a powerful field of loving care 🩷
Peace begins with us 🤍🕊
With you.
And me.

What does walking the path of Love mean?
What does walking the path of Love mean?
What does it mean when we say, Love is the answer to every problem?
Yesterday, I watched a heart breaking video of student Fatlume who had witnessed the horrible shooting at the school in Graz on Tuesday.
Her statement touched me deeply. She said:
„We do not let this day tear us apart. What this perpetrator wanted was hatred, destruction, fear.
Our answer will be love, standing together, hope.
He wanted us to break.
But we stand here – together.
He wanted to sow hatred.
But we plant humanness.“
Walking the path of fear and hate is easy. We close down, harden our hearts, hide behind walls of anxiety.
But how did we come here?
And how do we heal our traumas, soothe our pain, end all the suffering?
My answer is and always will be:
By opening up.
Coming together.
Being compassion.
By letting our hearts speak and Love flow.
Love heals.
Love connects.
Love is deeper, broader and brighter than everything else.
Covered with Love, fear, division and hatred dissolve.
Love is permanent.
Love is the ground we’re walking on and the sky we’re reaching out to.
Come and let’s walk that path together.
It’s the only way towards a tomorrow that heals.
